Number 23 is a corner house. It is at the crossroads of Mathildenstraße and Theaterstraße. Heinz Alfred Kissinger was born here in a 5-bedroom flat in the last days of May 1923. Most people know him as Henry Kissinger. He was to earn his fame as US Secretary of State.
